It was 2009, the last time I enjoyed the ocean with my eyes. Each time I create an ocean inspired painting, I am taken right back to that moment. I remember watching the waves for hours and enjoying the blues.
This piece was created only using my memory of those moments. I used texture and real shells collected from several trips to bring my memories to life.
